Shipping policy

Shoppers may have their orders shipped to Lithuania or internationally to over 30 countries.

Shipping method
For shipping in Lithuania, shoppers can choose one of the three delivery methods - Lithuania post, pick-up lockers (Omniva, DPD, LP Express) or courier delivery. However, certain pieces (or combination of pieces) may not be delivered via pick-up lockers due to the parcel size.
One delivery method is available for international delivery: International Shipping via Lithuanian post.

Shipping costs
Shoppers may select their preferred delivery method and view the shipping costs before completing their order. The shipping cost depends on the order size and may be viewed in the cart and checkout windows.

Order preparation time
Information about estimated order preparation time is shown in the product window and the cart window before placing the order and via email after completing the order. The estimate is not legally binding and may vary.

Transit and Delivery Time
Shipping time varies depending on the country of destination. Estimates are available on the Lithuanian Post website here. Most deliveries within the EU and UK are completed within one to two weeks. Most deliveries to the US & Canada are completed within two to three weeks.
